Dolphin’s IBP-G4X16-5 five slot backplane enables customers to establish remote access to four PCIe 4.0 x4 devices. The product is compliant to Dolphins MXH932, and MXH942 and MXH952 PCIe 4.0 transparent adapter cards. Combined with copper cables or fiber optics, the PCIe devices can be up to 100 meters away from the controlling PC. Peer to peer communication between the four plug in slots are fully supported.
The backplane comes without a cabinet and power supply, but is compliant to the ATX & MicroATX mounting footprint and power supply standard.
Please note, this product is currently not supported in combination with Dolphins PCIe 3.0 adapter cards.
